Refund and Returns Policy – Shoppers Store

At Shoppers Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

07-Day Return Policy:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@shoppersstore.in within 07 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 07 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shoppersstore.in with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or customized items
